Shipping and Return Policy
Orders are usually shipped within 5-15 business days after your order is processed. Depending on the shipping method selected, shipments normally take an additional 5-7 business days to arrive.
Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours, excluding company holidays.
If the product is damaged by the shipper, please retain all packing materials. These will be required to process your claim.
If for some reason you are not content with the quality of an item received please contact us for a return authorization. All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase and a copy of your invoice must be included with the return. Product must have all original tags attached and will not be accepted if it has been worn, altered or damaged.
We are very sorry, but there are NO REFUNDS, RETURNS or EXCHANGES on any personalized products. If you are unsure about an item you are interested in ordering, please contact us before placing an order and we will be happy to assist you.
